AI can be a powerful tool in e-learning, particularly for personalised support, interactive experiences, and soft skills development. However, it is important to be aware of its limitations. AI can sometimes produce hallucinations or inaccuracies in its responses, which is not suitable for high-stakes or critical training. AI should be considered when its capabilities align with the training goals and when it can enhance learning without introducing risks or inaccuracies.

AI applications are used exclusively within a protected framework so that no unauthorized third parties can access the project content. If it is necessary for a specific project to use AI applications outside this protected framework, the customer will be informed in advance of the different data processing conditions for these AI applications.When using AI applications, data protection regulations are always complied with; the customer’s personal data is not fed into or processed by AI systems unless this is absolutely necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, legally permissible, and expressly agreed with the customer.
